Education Advanced, Inc. is a provider of logistics software to the Education Industry.  We are a Texas company experiencing fast growth, we have an amazing work culture, and as former educators ourselves we strive to give back to education whenever possible.  TestHound, our flagship service, debuted commercial in February of 2014.  This service saves school district employees countless hours or work by automatic the logistics of test scheduling, as well as minimizing errors and assisting schools in providing the best testing environment possible for students.

Education Advanced, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales/Account Representative.  This job will allow the hired applicant to work from home, telecommuting instead of reporting to an office each day.

Applicants should be self-starters who:

  • require limited supervision
  • have solid communication skills
  • understand process flows
  • provide good customer support
  • have patience to work through the same problem multiple times
  • solve problems, analyze and work through tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Resolve customer problems/complaints
  • Develop support documentation for customers (handouts, training videos, etc.)
  • Conduct on-site training for customers

Applicant skills and qualifications should include:

  • Education administration or counseling background (preferred)
  • Technology proficiency (required)
  • Public speaking (required)
  • BA degree or equivalent
