Help, I forgot my password!

If this sounds like you then we have a quick little tutorial for you.

  1. If you are a Campus Testing Coordinator, don’t hesitate to contact your District Testing Coordinator and they can reset your password for you, anytime!
  2. If you are District Testing Coordinator, navigate to the TestHound Application via the website in your browser.
    1. Select Forgot my Password
    2. Enter your email, validate you are not a robot and click submit
    3. Answer your security question(s) then click submit
    4. Once you receive an email confirmation, click the link in the email instructions:
    5. Proceed to update your security questions then click Confirm Security Questions
    6. The user will then be prompted to create a new password. *Passwords require a minimum of 8 characters with one non-alphanumeric character.

WARNING: For security purposes, any user who attempts to log in to TestHound unsuccessfully, three times in a row, will have his/her account locked. A locked account must be unlocked and/or reset by a district user. TestHound personnel will only reset passwords for the DTC.
